Fin Coatings

THAN Coat, THAN Super Coat, Heresite

THAN Coat is THAN’s signature BLUE fin coating. It has properties in reducing water collection on fin surface, preventing mold growth, reducing corrosions from mild acids, saltiness and moistness. Tested according to ASTM 117, Neutral Salt Spray Test, for 300 – 500 hours.

THAN Super Coat is THAN's unique Super Hydrophobic Green coating. It has properties in increasing condensed water flow on coil surface, reducing accumulation of dust and dirt, keeping the coils clean, resisting high corrosive environment. Tested according to ASTM B117 Neutral Salt Spray Test for up to 15,000 hours and ASTM G85 Acidified Salt Spray for up 3,000 hours and UV Resistance ASTM D5894: 1000 hrs .

It also has Silver Ion Coating (Silver Ion Ag+) diminishing mold and bacteria buildup on coils, making the coils free from contamination of microbes. It can be used in industries producing high corrosive substances; dairy industry, dairy products, cheeses, vegetables and fruits reservation, metal casting industry, wood production industry and alcohol industry.

Heresite

Heresite P-413 is a high-performance phenolic epoxy coating widely used in various industries. It is resistant to chemicals and corrosion, and it meets ISO 12944-9 standards, making it suitable for offshore marine environments with severe corrosion. This coating helps extend the lifespan of coils.
